On the health front, I am doing significantly better. The Imipramine has made a giant difference. My pain level has dropped from 6 to 7 level down to a 2 to 3. Way way way better.

I started at 18.5 mgs at bedtime. Today I added in 6 mgs in the morning. But that was just too much - I was very flat and tired all day. Plus Imipramine effects concentration, cognitive processing, and even vision a bit.

In short, I was an unfocused squinting idiot today. Which, some might comment, is my usual state.

Anyhoo, my goal is to stabilize at a zero pain level. Given how much I've improved in just four days, I think that is a reasonable goal. I am definitely feeling super encouraged. I think I can beat this thing down. Although, I have to admit that I'm still pretty grumpy that I have yet another chronic illness that I have to pound into submission.
