Charles has epidimytis.
Charles, speaking as someone who has way more than their share of bizarre painful syndromes, infections, and downright weird stuff in that area you have my heartfelt empathy and sympathy. Pain in the sensitive zone is on a whole 'nuther planet. Just going to the bathroom can be a religous experience.
