Representative Tom DeLay (the House majority whip) told a group that he was "on a mission of god to promote a biblical worldview." See Paul Krugman's article in the New York Times.   Funny, I thought that sort of thing is what our European ancestors (and many others, probably) came here to escape. 12:17:28 PM     I've changed the name of this blog from something descriptive ("Ivan Heling's Radio Weblog") to "Irrational Exuberance." This will give me plenty of cover, since I'm more of a depressive skeptic than an exuberant, and besides, my reader (Hi, Mom!) ignores the title anyway.   Onward, ever onward. 12:12:42 PM
