A 130-nm 6-GHz 256 x 32 bit leakage-tolerant register file

Krishnamurthy, R.K.; Alvandpour, A.; Balamurugan, G.; Shanbhag, N.R.; Soumyanath, K.; Borkar, S.Y. "A 130-nm 6-GHz 256 x 32 bit leakage-tolerant register file" , IEEE Journal of  Solid-state Circuits, Volume: 37 Issue: 5 , May 2002

I cannot conceive of submiting an article to JSSC without a 'scope trace and a microphotograph of the circuit. This article doesn't even include a simulation trace. No mention of wiring parasitics anywhere. Was this circuit even manufatured?

Borkar is one of the Guest Editors of this issue, and is the guy in charge of the research in this article (the last guy is always the boss). Coincidence?
