Added the "caption" and the "th" from days 18 and 19 of the usability updates from diveintomark.org. Also found a problem with only the first row of the calendar getting the class="hCalendarDayRow", so I fixed that to.
A hint for playing with drawCalendar: the rendered calendar for non-archive dynamic pages pages is cached. Be sure to delete it from ["weblogData.root"].cache.calendar to see changes.
