OK, so I expect more than a little pomposity from the New York Times Book Review. Still, you’d think the reviewer of Al Franken’s latest book, ‘Oh, the Things I Know!’ was completely unaware of Franken’s profession. Apparently the insistence of being called doctor (Franken has an honorary PhD) and the cover shot in academic robes was too subtle for this reviewer.
I plan to check out Franken’s book. If it’s 10% as good as ‘Rush Limbaugh is a Big, Fat Liar,’ I have no doubt I’ll enjoy it. Oh, from now on you rabble can call me Doctor Dusty.
