Why all the email from college professors saying its too much trouble to make a few accomodations?!? Here's one for AS students who interrupt the flow of a class by asking too many questions:
Tell the student that he is allowed to ask two questions per class. Once he has reached the limit, he can write down his questions which will be answered at a later time.
The big point here is that there are simple, easy to implement accomodations that college profs CAN do in the classroom that will help retain AS students who admittedly, march to the beat of a different drummer.

It would be nice to see more psychologist/bloggers on the topic of Autism/AS. I don't mind spouting out my thoughts, but I'd like to experience more of a "building of ideas" that blogging has successfully brought us in other areas, especially the geek domains.
