The Inquirer - FLAWS IN the way the Internet works has the governments of Britain and the US worried.
According to statements issued by the National Infrastructure Security Coordination Centre (NISCC) in the UK and the Department of Homeland Security in the US, there are three crucial vulnerabilities.
A cyber terrorist using these flaws could use them to attack web sites and Internet services that rely on constant TCP sessions. This could shut down a huge amount of web traffic.
