Bill Gates fined $800,000 for breaching civil law The law in question is the Hart-Scott-Rodino Pre-Merger Notification Act. Really, that is the name.   Basically he bought stock, and didn't report it properly.  He did the same mistake twice.  The best part is Barry Nigro, from the FTC, who told Mr Gates to go back and "learn all about the law".   In unrelated news, Barry's computer hasn't work quite right since. 2:05:28 PM

The Attorney General of the Palestinian Authority Police Department has sumbitted his resignation. In explaining his reasons for the stepping down, the AG said, "the Authority is presently punishing the average citizen for his crimes, while he avoids punishing the one with money and connections in the Authority for the same crimes.
