On June 30th I joked the the only reason UN Secretary General Kofi Annan has refused to use the term genocide for what is happening in Sudan,  is because he can't find a way to blame America or Israel! Well, Sudan Foreign Minister Mustafa Osman Ismail told reporters in Cairo that his government has finally found a way to blame the genocide in Dafur on Israel. 5:25:51 PM
