Skiing Paradiso Skiing yesterday - Hot girls, warm sun, cold beer, soft snow, in the paradise that is Alta. And celebrities. While celebs aren't that uncommon at more "upscale" resorts like Snowbird or Deer Valley, seeing people at Alta means that they actually enjoy skiing. The same is true for boarders at Brighton. Both Alta and Brighton are more rustic resorts (no huge hotels/condos. Alta just put in its first high speed quad this year). But the feeling at Alta is great. It's skier only, with legendary playgrounds you can hike to, and even the groomed runs are fun. So, seeing Richard Schiff (plays Toby on The West Wing) there was interesting - far more interesting than seeing someone like that at the ritzy Deer Valley. 11:16:09 AM blips[]
