The Global Peace Movement
I've been a busy bee, yesiree! 3 new pieces to listen to! I'm very excited about the first one in particular, because these days, I'm very interested in the visionaries of what I'm proclaiming 'the new global peace movement'--a movement of creativity and hope (even in these dark times).

Global Peace Movement. Musician Michael Franti, civil rights activist Jerome Scott and professor Angana Chatterji reflect on the anti-war movement and its significance for the future. (~30 min)

Oil Slick: Bechtel, Halliburton and the White House. An interview with
Bill Hartung, Director of the Arms Trade Resource Center at the World Policy Institute and author of the Hidden Costs of War. (~15 min)

Military Seeks Exemptions from Major Environmental Laws (~10 minutes)

You can also listen to these pieces, and others on my website.
