recipe of the week--red curried sunflower stirfrrry Carmelize onions, add red curry paste (from jar, for thai cooking) and sunflower seeds and a little salt. This is the base. From here I added carrots and swiss chard. Fry an egg (use the same pan so it soaks up the curry paste)--keep it whole or stir it up in the mix. Serve over brown rice.
