Vouchers amounting actual schooling costs are being endorsed by a Nobel Laureate in education.Put the money in their hands and allow them to choose the schooling that they believe will best help their child or children 'realize their potential'.
He goes on to point out that it does not follow that states assuming responsibility for schooling mean's that the states must build the schools and hire the teachers.
