Another 35 percent found it frustrating to get their children the education services they need.'' ed note: its interesting that several papers have characterised the same study as positive and that special ed is doing well -- because 55% of parents say they are satsfied. IMHO - most business with 44% of their customers not satisfied would see THAT as a problem. ()
