Have been beta testing Marc Barrot's activeRenderer for about a month.

The notion of working in outline format plus having seemless transition to text (.html) presentation has been at the back of my (and I assume many other) writer's mind. ActiveRenderer (now aR) is increasingly doing the job.

It also has layers of sophistication that I'm just learning to appreciate.

As practice: I'm trying to get a googlebox going in my homepage and then will move to having one (not sure yet) in rendered outlines. [Subsequently reviewed Matt Mower's (Curiouser and Curiouser) livetopics and googlejazz ideas and am reconsidering)
