Last night we released Groove 2.1.  The big emphasis for this release was performance.  There are some other nice new features and tweaks as well.  Congratulations to everyone who made this happen!  Its not easy to manage a project this complex and I am always blown away by the management team, developers and QA.  They have incredible dedication and purseverance.  Nice job guys!!  Now... get some sleep...

Ray Ozzie has a piece on News.com titled "The myth of cybersecurity".

But "weak encryption" is no longer a reasonable excuse for insecure systems. It's clear by now that real security comes not just from strong crypto, but from recognizing and embracing human strengths, frailties and common behaviors in building, managing and using complex systems. People are always the weakest link.
