Just signed up for the Do Not Call registry in Massachusetts. Its supposed to go into effect on 4/1/2003. Interesting tidbits on that site on what constitutes illegal telemarketing behavior too. I didn't know that they can't call you after 8 p.m. It will be fun to see if this works. My town also has a junk mail reduction kit that seems to have eliminated a ton of junk mail. It makes sense to me! Why would anyone want to waste money or time sending me stuff in the mail that I throw away, or calling me only to hear me say, "Please put me on your 'Do Not Call' list". Now we have to do the same for email and the world will be right again...
