Help With BitTorrent The morning after. Goodmorning from Belgium, I was up early to check the overnight ratings and comments on the weblog. I'm no ratings expert, but I think a 25% marketshare in the 20-34 demographic ain't bad for a first episode. Next step, figure out how to add the show (in mpeg) to a bittorrent tracker. Send me an email if you can help me out on this one. I wanna share!

If Adam still needs help with BitTorrent, I hereby volunteer. I've been playing around with it recently. I couldn't find Adam's email address on his Manilla site, or I would have sent him a message.
While downloading a torrent is easy as pie, the main BitTorrent distribution isn't to the point where running your own tracker is a user-friendly experience. However, the OS X distribution has been updated recently, and is pretty easy to use. Look for BitTorrent OS X 3.1 pretty soon.
BitTorrent is a fantastic app; I encourage everybody who's looking to distribute large media files to try it out. It's the perfect P2P app for Adam's use scenario -- episodic television. And it's Open Source!
