It's amazing how just a little knowledge can change worldview, even when, maybe especially when, the observation is tiny, inconsequential even, but viewed so often that the noticing takes on aggregate significance. Like knowing a little more about pruning and how bad topping off trees is. Looking at misshapen trees, especially ones that have been topped, I know now the why of the marring. 7:25:48 PM
