We heart information I love looking at and playing with information visualizations—which I would guess validates what Fernanda is getting at when she talks about "democratizing" infoviz in this little interview with Peter Merholz from the IDEA Conference blog: Information visualization conversation with Mike Migurski and Fernanda Viegas. Over on the IDEA Conference blog, I've posted the beginning of a discussion on information visualization, giving us all a peek into what Mike and Fernanda will be presenting at the conference. . . [peterme.com] One of my little side projects is applying infoviz to . . . well, some data that I won't talk about here. In my  copious spare time, between deadlines. Note also that the Martin who Fernanada refers to is Martin Wattenberg, who works for IBM developing collaboration stuff. Much coolness. 12:20:42 PM    Questions? Comments? Flames? []
