Is anyone surprised this has finally happened?
Court cracks down on anti-abortion site. An appeals court reverses its decision in a high-profile online publishing case, finding that anti-abortion protesters can be held liable for posting inflammatory comments. [from CNET News.com]
I'm no champion of advocating violence to settle the question, and fully do I understand that even mere words can inflame a person to murder. But with cases like this, the day draws nearer where I could find myself sued or imprisoned for engaging in a passionate debate about abortion -- from the 'wrong' side of the argument, anyway...
