E85 Fuel at Arizona Petroleum, Tucson Gas prices put ethanol in spotlight. Alex Contreras grins as he pumps a mixture of corn alcohol and gasoline into his pickup truck. He's paying just $1.83 a gallon for the alternative fuel, called E85, while regular gasoline at the adjacent pump costs $2.27 a gallon.
