Interesting case to keep an eye on. I don't particulalry like the DMCA law - too many good projects / innovations are squashed by it. But I also don't believe ElcomSoft is quite innocent here. We'll see what the courts say.

OK, so my obsession with my iMac is explained here almost objectively. I just think Macs work better all around than PCs.
