Bill R.: I've never liked the DMCA law. Too much trouncing on personal liberties. Well here's an interesting one. Maybe its just me, but I've never heard of a company suing itself! 321 Studios is doing so to get a straight answer on DMCA versus a product they make. They tried other remedies, but none seem to work.
