Legal Guide for Citizens' Media People.

The Electronic Frontier Foundation has released an invaluable Legal Guide for Bloggers, with explainers and links galore.

Think bigger than blogging, however. This is important for all people doing bottom-up media, of whatever sort.

Kudos to the EFF on this excellent guide.
