This kicks butt! The more we use technology for the benefit of our troops, the better. Plus, by using non-lethal deterrents, we can build more trust in places like Iraq. 6:43:24 PM ![]() |

This is hilarious. You'll probably have to read very carefully to figure out why but just trust me, it's hilarious. 6:10:10 PM ![]() |

Two links, one from the left, one from the right (heh), giving possible options for what the Administration's strategy is in the War on Terror. One assumes ignorance and pettiness, one assumes intelligence and farsightedness. As a teacher, I was always instructed to assume intelligence until proven wrong. That's a pretty good idea to live by. Why is it that it's always the quotes from the left that assume stupidity when it comes to the policies of this Administration? This is the money quote:
The irony of the possibility that it could be the other way around seems to escape him. I don't think Bush will have that much trouble in the fall. There is no evidence that our actions in the War on Terror are based on the supposed vendetta that Bush had with Saddam. Instead, based on the link from the right listed above, if you assume intelligence in the Administration, we are making all the right steps. We have eradicated the Taliban and Al Qaeda in Afghanistan. We have established a presence in the Arab world. We are making good progress in democratizing that nation. The fact that the left almost always portrays Bush as a moron with no real evidence to back them up will almost certainly come back to haunt them if the Administration is at all willing to point out our successes. How long will it be before his erstwhile detractors figure this out? I'd say about 8 months or so. |
