JetBlue's Customer Experience. Whitney Tilson details why he flies JetBlue whenever he can. [The Motley Fool]

As I noted below [Survival is Job One] JetBlue is one of the few airlines making money. But the issue isn't airlines -- an industry that's been in structural trouble at least since Ken Watt wrote about them in the 1970s. Whether it's autos (also noted below) or any other industry, there are salient differences bewteen the winners and everyone else. The only thing that's remarkable about it is how rarely the recipe is followed.
