Something I just noticed...
GPS units with map capabilities have the ability to move the cursor away from a Waypoint on a certain bearing and an certain distance. Like a heading of 105° and a distance of 0.37 miles from N37° 37.448 W120° 57.464 is N37° 37.406 W120° 57.229.

I will now concede that I am an idiot.

Disclaimer...
I'm sick. Again. Another damn cold. Well, atleast it waited until the baby was over his until it came on. As a side note to being sick, I was sick enough that I couldn't sleep all night. So I'm blankly staring at the monitor with a glazed look wondering "why am I even up." Oh yeah, I have to go to work. This should be fun.

The Present...

Joe Pestana is really interested in what you think about his movie so check out the movie (requires Quicktime) and then send him some feedback. If you enjoyed The Blair Witch Project you should definitely enjoy The Present.

Hey! Even Lucas had to start somewhere!

Linux Above and Beyond...
Internet beams out into space. Nasa is turning to net technologies to keep in contact with spacecraft and satellites, using a computer running Linux. [BBC News | Technology | UK Edition]

Well hell, if the satellite was running Windows it probably wouldn't be able to get off the ground without running 15 updates and downloading a zillion Service Packs to fix all  the holes.
