Scouting was Fun. Friday I gave two 1-1/2 hour activity sessions of Growing Money at theTop of the World Encampment. Marianne went along to help, and she certainly did. We tested our NAIC Youth investing presentation. It worked! Success! We caught the girl's attention and went on from there. Of course, being the teachers we are, on the way home we discussed changes and refinements for next time.
Great girls. There were 1300 girls camping on the Palmer Fairgrounds from Wednesday through Sunday. They were mostly from Alaska but some were from out of state----MN, VA, among others.
