Glorious Summer Evening. In the absence of a Seattle Mariner game on television this evening, we went off to a hometown Glacier Pilots game. A gorgeous evening---warm and sunny, hot dogs and beer, airplanes and sea gulls flying overhead---and our team won.
I wonder what major league teams some of them will be playing for in the next few years. Mark McGwire played for the Pilots in 1982 as did Randy Johnson in 1984.
