Today's Art of Possibility
In the game of contribution you wake up each day and bask in the notion that you are a gift to others.
Throw yourself into life as someone who makes a difference, accepting that you may not understand how or why.
The following is something to remember as I serve on my various non profit boards:
…a leader who feels he is superior is likely to suppress the voices of the very people on whom he must rely to deliver his vision alive and kicking.
I'll now see how my closet reacts as I wade into it this afternoon---It's called "directive redistribution".
