Just enjoying each day. Finished tutoring for the Christmas break. All three kids are doing well which gives me a feeling of success.
Learned how to calculate the fixed, variable, direct costs for the Slingerland Institute's operation. Now, I just have to do it as of December. I received the data today, so sometime within the next couple of weeks I'll give it a whirl. I hope to come out with an amount per Attendee Credit Hour. Then we will be able to tell what courses are truly paying their way and which aren't.
