Write, Write, Write

That's what today has been! I'm writing my first ever, and maybe last ever, grant. This is for my Stock Market Game program. I've spent all day---7:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.---working on the 300 word summary of project goals and objectives. I didn't know what to put in it, how it should look, etc, etc. Finally, I have an editable 274 words that might actually say something.

When I started this morning the only thing I knew for sure was that I needed 300 words and I wanted funding to do workshops and credit classes outside of Anchorage.

I must admit it took a lot of "clearing the deck" and "re re-clearing the deck". There is scarcely anything left on my desk!

My piece on Return on Equity---I've completed the section on Profit Margin and Asset Turnover and am currently, perhaps, finishing Financial Leverage. Then there is a longish summary bullet section that covers things that impact ROE (things that effect net income and things that effect equity) Finally, I'm going to include a little worksheet that focuses on where a company's increased or decreased ROE comes from---changes in the profit margin, asset turnover rate, or financial leverage.
