Open Web Application Security State web designers would do well to periodically review Matt Brown's Radio Weblog.  Matt is the community manager for DreamWeaver which is widely used by state developers.  On Wednesday, Matt pointed out the Open Web Application Security Project which has a wealth of resources for enterprise security.  Their Guide to Building Secure Web Applications was just recently released. Tech@Breakfast The Utah Technology Alliance and Wasatch Digital IQ are sponsoring a monthly Technology at Breakfast presentation with the goal of increasing awareness of technology, entrepreneurship, and investment in Utah.  The first meeting was this morning and was very well attended.  Bjorn Espenes, President and CIO of Infopia, gave a presentation on web services and electronic commerce.  His company provides and integrated marketing channel for sellers to market their products to a wide range of online venues and a single integration point with internal inventory and control systems.  9:55:37 AM
