Open Web Application Security
State web designers would do well to periodically review Matt Brown's Radio Weblog. Matt is the community manager for DreamWeaver which is widely used by state developers. On Wednesday, Matt pointed out the Open Web Application Security Project which has a wealth of resources for enterprise security. Their Guide to Building Secure Web Applications was just recently released.
And while I was poking around there, I found a great resource that OASIS has produced on XML.
