US seizes North Korean ship taking missiles to Yemen. Supposedly, the US is unlikely to strongly criticize Yemen because they have been "such good help" in the campaign against terrorists.

It's worth comparing the weak response to North Korea to the threat of nuclear strikes to Iraq. But I don't have links handy and I have to get started with work...
