Back to South Dakota

Well, I'm back.  I believe this is the last week for the year but who knows eh?  Today wasn't so bad - 40 degrees.  Unfortunately it shan't remain so - weather.com has it down to 9 degrees right now and not to exceed 30 degrees for the week.

It's 10:55pm and I'm still at work, picking away at something I'm calling OSK.  It's really just a new version of my old linkfolio project, but this one is a lot more robust.  The old linkfolio has been bothering me for quite some time now, so I thought I'd get a quick update out.  Of course nothing is as quick as when you start; all these hidden details reach out begging your attention.  OSK will allow users to create a database of links, manage them and view shared links from others.  I'll release it in stages (otherwise it will never be finished), but in the first stage each link will be 'owned' by a user who has the ability to edit or remove it.  Users will be able to create categories as well.  Views of links can be filtered now, by owner, category or both.  Finally simple search capability is available as well.
