They're up! The Supreme Court announced yesterday the unveiling of the long-awaited Michigan Court Rules Online.  The collection includes the Michigan Court Rules of 1985, the Michigan Rules of Evidence, local court rules, the Code of Judicial Conduct, the Rules of Professional Conduct, and others. 8:18:51 AM     On the run Panasonic is offering DVD recorders which can play back television at 130% of the original speed.  Fast enough, says PC World, to understand what is going on, and to watch a half hour show in 22 minutes.
