A 23-year-old strip club patron filed a complaint with the Jackson County Police Department, alleging assault when a stripper (who had recently given birth) squirted breast milk into his eye.  The prosecutor has decided not to pursue the case, citing lack of evidence.  (Jackson Citizen Patriot)

Gongwer reports that the Michigan Court of Appeals has upheld the conviction of a man who secretly videotaped his sexual escapades with three women, ruling that such taping may not take place without the consent of all depicted.   Update - Gongwer got it wrong.  This was a civil claim for damages filed by the man's three partners.  They were awarded damages in a combined total amount of over $350,000.  (Lewis v. Legrow)

A human resources director laid off by St. Mary's Hospital in Saginaw has won an age discrimination lawsuit and has been awarded $2.18 million.  (Saginaw News)
