Bird's Eye Views In this case, "bird" means satellite. My current home is shown by the X in this view; my mother used to live on the island off to the upper left (she moved to Boca Raton a few months ago). Here's a nice "8 meter" view showing all of South Miami Beach, some of the Venetian Isles, plus Star Island, and parts of Palm and Hibiscus Island (I think). In a few weeks we should be relocating to Hollywood. The proximity to a park made it easy to find from the sky, as shown here.
