Buyin' & Sellin' Things are all moving along wonderfully for our move from "New York's sixth borough" to the less urban, more urbane locale of a downtown Hollywood suburb. Our Miami Beach condo was on the MLS for only 2 or 3 days before we had a signed contract in hand, which is a very comforting thing to have in hand with these war clouds building overhead. One of the buyers, a Coast Guard lieutenant, departs for the Persian Gulf (or thereabout) in mid-April. He and his wife will likely still be unpacking boxes here, by then.
