It's simple and fast and of course, yummy! Start with one pound of ground beef (I prefer ground turkey). Brown slightly in skillet. Drain off any fat. Add one can Campbell's Chicken Gumbo soup. Add a couple shakes of Liquid Smoke. Add a few shakes of ketchup. Add about 1/4 to 1/2 cup Minute Rice (soaks up extra liquid). Simmer for about 15 minutes and serve with hamburger buns.
