I went to a band competition yesterday and it brought back quite a few memories from high school. Laura, a good friend from high school came along. It was like we were 15 again and acting like silly band-os. We were given staff badges so we had access to all the good food and such. Afterwards, we grabbed some food at TGI Fridays and headed over to her condo with my friend Bryan in tow. All I can say is we had a lot of fun. Eventhough we were at a dorky band tournament with some weird hardcore band nerds, it was fun to be back together again and laughing. Especially after Friday night.

I'd like to say thanks to the people who responded on Friday night/Saturday morning to my post. Maybe you can come back and post regularly *hint hint* lol The weekend went by too fast. Soon enough it will be Monday again and we will all be headed back to work and school and daily lives. Hopefully life will not be as stressful anymore. Stress is very very bad.

A very good friend of mine is moving away in a few days. He's moving up to the rainy city to start anew and hopefully find a job. I'm going to worry about him while he's moving and getting settled. I sent a little package of funny articles from my student newspaper, The Union, to make him laugh a little. Good luck Mike. I'll miss you and I hope you stay safe up there.
