Cool New Screen Saver: The built-in screen saver in Jaguar (now called Screen Effects) includes a new default effect called Flurry. Flurry was one of the most popular screen saver downloads for 10.1 so we were thrilled to be able to include it and make it the default in 10.2.

Letter: Free Software Hurts U.S.. Yes, the geniuses in congress have again decided that they need to "help" us run the tech industry. Separate missives penned by a handful of congressmen apparently attack the software license that governs Linux -- and one calls for its explicit rejection in the U.S. cybersecurity plan. But authors of the second note say they're misunderstood.
