At the same time, I published a presentations about Mac OS X for Unix users (also available in Finnish). I updated my story about the G5 cluster at Virginial Tech. I hope the text is easier to read. There is one new question: Which batch system will be used on the cluster?

Update: according to Wired, the G5 cluster could reach 80% of the theoretical peak, which is over 15 teraflop/s, placing it number two on the top-500 list.
