Maven 1.0b8 Released.

Maven 1.0b8 Released.

Great news for all Java developers out there. The beta8 version of Maven has finally been released.
If you havent tried maven yet, you really should give it a go. It's an automated build tool, but so much more. It works well for both open source and internal development projects.
I've been using the cvs version for a while now and have been happy with it. I might just stick with this for a while. You can get your fresh baked mave here

Agreed! I've been on CVS HEAD too which can be quite a ride :).

I'm very glad b8 is out and its a big improvement over b7 in many areas.
