I found this useful summary of OS X keyboard shortcuts today along with this note on key bindings and someothers.
Though why doesn't Apple make these all easy to find from OS X itself?

really handy!
I found out that alt-F and alt-B move forwards & backwards a word at a time today too :). I should really play with the emacs bindings for OS X.
I googled onto this handy list of OS X stuff today which has some useful links and includes another trash script. I thought the picture from that page was quite funny too...
