This station owner in Charlotte on Pineville-Matthews road must have been asleep at the switch. Selling prices this afternoon were still at the morning levels of $2.66/gallon for unleaded regular. Of course, when my car with an empty tank made it to the pump the regular gas well was dry. A fill up of premium at $2.86/gallon was still a bargain as I later learned driving down the street. Stations charging $3.09/gallon for regular did not have lines like this. 5:25:09 PM
