New Orleans - Terrorist Target #1

While I should certainly be one of the first to blame the HS bureaucracy (and GovCo in general) for their utter failure on effectively saving victims of Katrina, we may I am afraid be confused over what the priorities are.

Like practically everyone else, my first reaction was outrage (though certainly not surprise) over how horribly GovCo is bungling this one. After watching hours of cable TV footage however I have now come to a more strategic assessment of what is going on:

How many of our law and military resources are first being deployed to secure terrorist targets such as refineries, power stations (maybe some nuclear ones), chemical plants, oil rigs and even military bases themselves?

What we are seeing on TV are the edited reports of what are effectively embedded journalists in a war zone. Note that there are no images or information being provided that could be used by enemies of the state who seek to take advantage of the situation. We see fellow citizens in dire situations which should certainly be the major thrust of the coverage, but we do not see the thousands of HS people deployed to protect strategic assests across hundreds of miles of coast line.

How many Katrina MSM reports have you seen that have even mentioned the word terrorist or Al Qaeda? Run a google on that one.

What is the color code for New Orleans today? Have you seen even a single reporter ask Chertoff that one yet?

Seriously, no reporter or newcaster has considered that somewhere across our country there might be more than a few that think this is a major assist from Allah that needs to followed up on? There are certainly those who think it is a judgement from God.

The news out of New Orleans and Mississippi is definitely being censored. Keep that in mind.
